Recently, C&D Inc. (600153.SH)'s wholly-owned subsidiary, C&D (Hainan) Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc., and jointly awarded plaques to distributors.

According to the agreement, C&D (Hainan) Co., Ltd. will integrate its strengths in supply chain operations, market development, and marketing services. C&D Happy Wine Liquor Co., Ltd., under C&D Inc.'s Consumer Goods Group, will establish a Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Division, serving as the exclusive entity responsible for the sales and operations of Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor in the mainland China market. The two parties will form an operational system characterized by professional complementarity and synergistic capabilities, providing comprehensive, full-chain, and professional organizational support for the operation of Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor in the mainland China market.

Furthermore, C&D (Hainan) Co., Ltd. unveiled the mainland China market development strategy for Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor, clearly positioning it as the "benchmark liquor for cross-strait culture and the leading distinctive light-aroma type liquor," focusing on building a differentiated advantage around "Island Light-Aroma." In the future, both sides will work closely together to jointly meet diverse consumption scenarios and demands, allowing this fine liquor that carries the friendship across the strait to spread its fragrance far and wide across the country, writing a new chapter of mutual benefit.
