Recently, the Viking Cruises "China Exploration Tour" itinerary brought the "Zhao Shang Yi Dun" cruise ship route, arriving at Pingtan and Xiamen with 621 tourists from Europe and America. C&D Tourism Group’s subsidiary, C&D ITS, was responsible for the port reception and shore excursions for these visitors. This is not only the first time the Xiamen International Cruise Home Port has received European and American tourists entering after the pandemic, but also the first cruise ship to dock since the visa-free entry policy for cruise ports was implemented.

Viking Cruises’ “China Exploration Tour” is the first inbound coastal cruise project in China, passing through ports such as Shanghai, Zhoushan, Wenzhou, Pingtan, and Xiamen. This route is expected to operate eight sailings from September to November. C&D ITS has carefully planned nearly 20 customized routes, incorporating elements such as Fujian’s World Heritage classics, modern urban landscapes, local traditional culture, and architectural styles. They also organized pre-trip inspections and conducted multiple training sessions for bilingual tour guides to ensure a professional and warm service experience.
